Great Pyramid

The Great Pyramid of Giza is the oldest and largest of the three pyramids in the Giza Necropolis bordering what is now Cairo(Oom Aldonya ), Egypt in Africa, and is the only remaining member of the Seven Wonders of the World. It is believed to have been built as a tomb for Fourth dynasty Egyptian pharaoh Khufu and constructed over a 20 year period concluding around 2560 BC. It is sometimes called Khufu's Pyramid or the Pyramid of Khufu

The new Seven Wonder of the World

Petra :
is an archaeological site in southwestern Jordan, lying on the slope of Mount Hor in a deprassion among the mountains which form the eastern flank of Arabah (Wadi Araba), the large valley running from the Dead Sea(Bahar Almayeet) to the Gulf of Aqaba. It is famous for having many stone structures carved into the rock. The long-hidden site was revealed to the Western world in 1812by the Swiss explorer. The site was designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1985 when it was described as "one of the most precious cultural properties of man's cultural heritage.
